The app also helps you track five key behavioral factors that can really impact your ability to achieve your goals: sleep, presence, activity, creativity, and eating—or S.P.A.C.E. You can also journal daily to help you recall key experiences from the past. After a few weeks, you’ll be able to learn more about which of these factors help you keep on track and aligned with your purpose.
